Fresh Fiddleheads Have Arrived!!!!

The first  fiddleheads  of the season are here !!   Limited  quantities as the weather is  still very cool.  Supplies should start to increase  the week of  April  16th.   Wild Leeks  (Ramps)  are  available  also.   The  ramps  have a very short season  and these  can be frozen for  future  use. 

Fiddlehead season has begun!

Our growers are picking and we are packing! Ruma's is selling fresh fiddlehead ferns in 1-lb, 5-lb and 10-lb units.
